My Exciting Winter Holiday English Diary: Recording Wonderful Moments and Looking forward to the Future!
Winter holiday is always the most wonderful time of the year. During this time, I had a great time traveling, enjoying delicious food, reading books, and learning new things.
Firstly, traveling is my favorite thing to do during the winter holiday. This year, my family and I went to Thailand for a week. We went to the beach, saw beautiful temples, and enjoyed the local food. I also made some new friends there, and we spent a lot of time talking about our different cultures and interests. Secondly, I spent a lot of time cooking and trying new recipes. I have always loved food, and I find it fascinating to try new things in the kitchen. During the winter holiday, I learned how to make Thai green curry and Japanese sushi, which were both delicious. I also tried making some healthy snacks, which were a great way to boost my energy and stay healthy during the long winter days.
Thirdly, reading books is another one of my favorite things to do during the winter holiday. I read many books, both fiction and non-fiction, which helped me to improve my English reading skills. Lastly, I tried to learn new things and to develop new skills during the winter holiday. I attended a photography workshop, where I learned how to take great pictures and how to edit them with different software. I also started learning a new language – Spanish, which is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world. Learning new skills and developing my abilities is very important to me, as it helps me to become a more well-rounded person.
